This Privacy Policy applies to and is provided on behalf of the University of Missouri Extension, Missouri Master Gardeners and the Central Missouri Master Gardeners (collectively referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") and describes Our information gathering practices and policies in connection with this Site. Information about Our experiences and transactions with you, such as your payment history, types of services and/or products you purchased from us may be shared within the Master Gardeners Network, University of Missouri Extension office and Master Gardener club sponsoring the Conference in 2009.

We do not knowingly solicit information from children and We do not knowingly market the Site or its services to children. No one under the age of 13 should submit any personal information to Us and/or on the Site.

The University of Missouri Extension, Master Gardeners Program as well as the Central Missouri Master Gardeners believe that information personal to you is to be respected and protected. We only maintain a record of your name, address, phone number, email address and other pertinent information for the express purpose of registering you for the State Conference in 2009 or possibly registering you or your company as an exhibitor during the State Conference in 2009.


Unless you expressly direct us to do so, we will not disclose personal information about you to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal information about you with third parties (that is, people and companies that are not affiliated with us) only as necessary to provide you with our products and services and as otherwise permitted by law.
