For those of you wishing to register by mail and pay for the conference by check, you will need to:

  1. Print the Mail In Registration Form
  2. Fill it out completely
  3. Send it in with your check (made payable to CENTRAL MISSOURI MASTER GARDENERS) to:

Step 1 - Print the Mail In Registration Form

The Mail In Registration Form is in the PDF format. Most computers can read a PDF document but if you have any trouble opening the form, you may need to install the Adobe Reader in order to read and print the form. You may also contact us and have a Mail In Registration Form mailed to you. Use the
"Contact Us" Form to request a registration form be mailed to you.

Step 2 - Fill it out completely

Make sure you make the necessary choices for Advanced Training, Tours and Educational Sessions if you plan to attend any or all of these. Also, be sure and fill out a SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM for each person who is registering.

Step 3 - Send it in with your check

Send in completed forms for each person attending with a check (or checks) made payable to:
