Registration Policies

Important Information - Please Read

  • Scheduled and listed tours and classes are subject to change without notice.
  • Registration confirmation will be sent after receipt of individual registrations by e-mail. If no e-mail address is available, the registration confirmation will be mailed. There will be no confirmation of assignment to individual tours or classes as those will be in your registration packet. All tours and classes will be filled on a first come/first serve basis.
  • Free T-shirt for early registration is for Full Conference Registration ONLY.
  • The host hotel is the Capitol Plaza Hotel. The room rate is $75 plus taxes. Please contact the hotel at 1-800-338-8088. The address is 415 West McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, 65101.
  • Refunds will be given less a $25 fee through September 11, 2009. After September 11, there will be no conference refunds. Cancellations should be made by contacting Jane Davis at 573-392-3603. You may be requested to confirm your cancellation in writing by e-mail or fax.
